Advantages of manufacturing carbide nozzles in XYMJ
Carbide nozzles are machined with carbide materials using precision machinery. The bending resistance reaches 2300N/mm and the hardness reaches HRA90 degree. When processing the carbide nozzles, we achieve precision grinding and surface treatment, and realize a roughness of Ra0.1 at the hole and Ra0.025 at the two ends of the R. There is a scientific design of the curvature radius at the two entrances. This design ensures the smooth passage of the threads. Due to the monolithic machining of the material, there is no elevation angle on the drilled holes, and the ease of bending and clogging has been improved in comparison to ruby nozzles. Cemented Carbide nozzles are made by hot pressing and sintering of hot straight and mounds holes. Due to its hardness, low density and excellent resistance to abrasion and corrosion, carbide nozzles have been widely used in sandblasting and shot blasting equipment, ensuring that the product is optimized for long term use in air and abrasive media.
